Loyalty VIP Club FAQ's
How do I join the Loyalty VIP Club?
To join our loyalty program, you'll need to 'Create an account' with us. If you're already an account holder, you'll be automatically enrolled – no extra steps needed.
Once you have an account with us, click on our "Rewards" tab to see all the actions available in order to earn points and the discounts available to you.
How many points do I earn when I shop?
You earn 5 points for every £1 you spend with us.
For instance: if the product value of your order is £50, you will earn you 250 points.
Will my points expire?
No. Your points are here to stay. Currently, there's no expiration date, giving you the flexibility to redeem them whenever it suits you best. Enjoy the perks on your terms!
Is there a minimum spend when redeeming my reward?
Yes, minimum spends apply for coupon redemptions on our website. A minimum spend of £25 is required to redeem our £5 and £10 coupons. A minimum spend of £50 is required to redeem our £20 coupon.
My reward isn't working on checkout, why?
Some excusions apply: Rewards can only be applied to full-priced items. Unfortunately, points cannot be redeemed on preorder or sale items. Minimum spends apply for coupon redemptions on our website; £35 spend is required to redeem our £5 and £10 coupons and £50 spend is required to redeem our £20 coupon.
I've completed a loyalty action. Why are my points not yet showing?
Actions such as signing up, following us on Instagram and subscribing to our newsletter can take a few minutes to appear on your account dashboard.
We recommend logging out and back into your account and your points should be there.
If you have made a purchase, your points will be be added to your account 30 days after the purchase date.
If you have added a review, your points will be added to your account within 14 days of the review date.
Can I use my reward against delivery costs?
Afraid not! Your rewards are the VIP pass for your products, not the delivery.
For instance, your bag comprises a £25 product, a £5 voucher, and incurs a £4.95 delivery charge, the deduction will apply to the product value rather than the delivery fee.
How many rewards can I redeem per order?
You can redeem one reward per order.
Not to worry, though – any other points you have will stay snug in your account, until you redeem on your next order(s).
