Can I add gift options and wrap to my order?
Absolutely! From our product page, select 'Add Gift Wrap Options' to choose from our casual or boutique wrap. Perfect for every style of gifting! Add a gift note, and we’ll handwrite your message onto a ribbon tied card for a heartfelt touch.
What if my recipient doesn’t fall in love at first sight with their gift?
No problem! If the gift doesn’t quite hit the mark, your recipient can return it for store credit. Just remember to add a gift receipt at checkout, so they can contact us directly for a smooth and easy return.
I need a quick gift? Can I send my recipient an e-voucher?
For sure! Our e-vouchers are a great way to let them choose their favorites. Sent instantly, they’re ideal for last-minute gifting. You can even select a delivery date and add a personal message. Just make sure your recipient is in the UK, as we’re currently unable to offer e-vouchers internationally.
Do you offer physical gift vouchers/cards?
Not yet! We’re currently working on making physical gift vouchers available and hope to offer this option soon—stay tuned.
