December Orders: Processing & Delivery Times
At Punk & Poodle, we’re a boutique business, solely run with love and care—every order is packed by me, by hand. With the Christmas rush in full swing, parcels can sometimes be mishandled during transit, so I’m taking extra time to carefully package items, especially fragile ones, to ensure they arrive safely.
Due to overwhelming demand (and your fabulous taste!), estimated delivery times have been updated to reflect current delays. However, please bear in mind that some orders may take slightly longer than anticipated.

Holiday Closure Dates
Please note that the last day for orders before Christmas is Wednesday, 18th December (or 19th December for express delivery).
Orders placed online from 20th December until 2nd January will not begin dispatching until 3rd January. You are welcome to place orders during this time, but note that they will not be processed or dispatched until I return.
The Christmas run-up is an extremely busy and exhausting time, so I’ll be taking a well-deserved break to recharge and come back refreshed for the New Year—complete with lots of exciting new products!
